Getting Through the Holidays in the Midst of Your Loss
It is no surprise that given the variety of emotions that one experiences after the death of a loved one, the emotion of loneliness is often the most commonly felt. This group will explore common strategies aimed at easing the emotional pain one endures while attempting to face the future with a sense of hopefulness beyond loneliness.
